Ravangla is an upcoming tourist destination in South Sikkim. The place is situated about an 26 kms from Namchi, the district capital of south Sikkim. Ravangla is located on the main Gangtok – Pelling highway. The place is famous for its old monasteries, tranquil nature and great view of part of the Kanchenjuga massif, although the main Kanchejunga peak is not visible from here.
