Nokdara lake is just 10 km walking distance from the homestay where the holidaymakers can do boating activities and also roam beside the nokdara jheel. Can worship in a small Lord Shiva mandir just above the lake. There is a beautiful 360-degree view of Siliguri city and Mt. Khanchenjungha can capture through the eyes if the sky is clear enough. The Monastery at Gumpadara is only 4 km.

New Jalpaiguri to Nokdara: Reaching Nokdara from New Jalpaiguri station via NH 717A by seeing the beauty of the pine forest and emerald green tea garden of Gorubathan, Fagu, Ambiok Tea Garden, Chel khola, and lava. After crossing approx 2 km from Lava one left-hand side route going to Loleygaon. By taking this road up to 4 km. again take a left turn from Gumpadara the straight road ended at Nokdara. The holiday-maker has to cover 121 km. and approx 4 hrs. to reach the destination.
Bagdogra to Nokdara: The nearest airport to Nokdara is 136.6 km via Gajol Doba Road and NH 717A and continue and maintain the above road.
New Mal Junction: The nearest Station New Mal Junction is 70 km ( 2:30 hrs).
